Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By downloading, installing or using Vesile (“Vesile”, the “App”, “we”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the “Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. These Terms apply to your use of the App on any device (iOS or Android). If the Turkish and English versions differ, the Turkish version prevails.

2. Description of service

Vesile is a mobile application that helps users find meaningful connections through psychological compatibility analysis. The service includes personality surveys, compatibility-based matching, chat that opens after mutual acceptance, and meeting planning. We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the service.

3. User accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and create an account to use the App. You are responsible for providing accurate information, keeping access to your account secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us if you notice any unauthorised use.

You agree not to:

5. User content

You retain ownership of the content you post. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, display and deliver it in connection with the App. You are solely responsible for your content. We may remove content that violates these Terms or our policies without notice.

6. Subscriptions

Vesile is free to use. The Vesile+ and Elite plans are monthly subscriptions bought through the App Store or Google Play. The current price is shown in the store before you buy. A subscription renews automatically and is charged to your store account unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it in your store account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription. Refunds follow the policies of the respective store.

7. Referral programme

When you sign up with a friend’s invite code, you and your friend each get 30 days of Vesile+. Referral rewards cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred. We may withdraw rewards obtained through fake accounts or abuse of the programme.

8. Intellectual property

The App, including its design, logos and software, is owned by Codexit and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify or create derivative works without our written permission. “Vesile” and related marks are our trademarks.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that it will lead to any particular match or relationship. You are responsible for taking reasonable precautions for your own safety when meeting other users.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Codexit and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the App. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the App in the past twelve months.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time in the app settings or by writing to us: Delete account.

12. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms from time to time and will notify you of material changes in the App. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the new Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Disputes are resolved by the courts of Turkey. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
