Is Vesile free?
Yes. You can download Vesile for free from the App Store and Google Play. The free plan includes 8 matches per month and unlimited messaging. Vesile+ and Elite offer more matches and deeper analysis: Pricing.
How can I create an account?
After downloading the app, sign up with the verification code sent to your phone number or with your Google account. You must be over 18 to use Vesile.
How does matching work?
You complete short personality surveys. Vesile calculates your compatibility with people near you who fit your preferences and suggests the most compatible ones. New matches arrive on Sundays, Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
When can I talk to a match?
Chat opens once both of you accept the match. Matches that are not answered within seven days expire.
Is my survey data private?
Yes. Your detailed survey answers are never shared with other users. Your matches see only the compatibility score and the traits you share. Details: Privacy Policy.
How does an invite code work?
Share the invite code from your profile with a friend. When your friend enters it while signing up, you both get 30 days of Vesile+.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by the App Store or Google Play. Cancel on iPhone under Settings > your name > Subscriptions, on Android under Google Play > Profile > Payments and subscriptions.
How can I delete my account?
In the app, go to Profile > Settings > Delete Account. If you cannot access the app, use the e-mail option on the Delete account page.
I want to report an issue. What should I do?
You can report a user in the app with the report button on their profile. For anything else, send a detailed e-mail to vesile@codexit.io.
